I am a physiotherapist with over 30 years of clinical experience, including the past 15 years working as a qualified Lymphoedema practitioner. Throughout my professional journey, I have developed a particular interest in Lipoedema—a condition that affects at least 1 in 10 Australian women, yet has for far too long been misdiagnosed, misunderstood and dismissed. My passion is helping women better understand lipoedema, recognise the signs and symptoms, and access appropriate assessment and management. Through my practice, I provide compassionate, individualised, evidence-informed care that focuses not only on managing symptoms, but empowering women to understand their bodies, feel more confident in managing their condition and support well-being.
