Kirsty Kirkland is a physiotherapist with over 25 years of experience and a special interest in Lipoedema. As the founder of Flourish Therapy Adelaide, she combines clinical expertise with her own lived experience of Lipoedema to provide knowledgeable, compassionate and individualised care. 

Lipoedema makes up the majority of Kirsty's practice. She supports clients with assessment and conservative management, as well as the preparation for and recovery following Lipoedema liposuction. Her approach may include education, compression, manual lymphatic drainage, activity advice, and practical self-management strategies. 

Kirsty also has extensive experience in lymphoedema, oncology rehabilitation, and scar therapy, and is passionate about providing a welcoming, non-judgemental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported.
