I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Credentialled Eating Disorder Dietitian, and my work is shaped by a blend of clinical expertise, lived experience, and a commitment to accessible nutrition care. Based in the NSW Southern Highlands, I support clients across the lifespan with a focus on eating disorders, gastrointestinal conditions, women’s health, and the complex metabolic, functional, and psychosocial challenges associated with lipoedema.

Living with lipoedema myself, I bring both professional knowledge and personal insight to my practice. I understand the physical discomfort, emotional load, diagnostic barriers, and social impacts that accompany the condition. This lived experience informs the way I provide care - grounded in respect, body‑diverse practice, and practical strategies that help clients navigate pain, fatigue, mobility changes, and the frustration of long‑term misunderstanding or dismissal in healthcare settings. In my eating disorder work, I take a multidisciplinary, neurodiversity‑affirming approach that centres safety, nourishment, and rebuilding trust in one’s body. I am skilled in identifying medical risk, supporting complex presentations, and offering structured, clear guidance that helps clients re‑establish regular eating patterns and reduce distress around food.

My practice is supported by ongoing advanced training in gastrointestinal nutrition, women’s health, ageing, and malnutrition prevention. Across all settings, I aim to meet clients exactly where they are. I value warm communication, practical problem‑solving, and care that honours lived experience, personal values, and the realities of everyday life. My goal is to ensure every person has access to respectful, evidence‑based nutrition support that genuinely helps them feel understood.
